A staff member at Forman elementary school or Nicholas Dee had called the police on me for picking up my children Gabriel Dee 12/7/05 and Camille Dee 11/21/07 at Forman Elementary school. There was not any criminal activity found by the Plano Police Department. I picked up my children, which I had a right to per the custody order. When I called Forman Elementary, the school acted very suspicious and told me that I needed to speak to Nancy Parker, specifically. She was very adamant about getting my address and told me she could not send the school records to a post office box, but only my physical location. I have never heard of this before and I believe it to be false, and a tactic to use so that Nicholas can harass me. When I tried to enroll my children in Shady Brook Elementary in Bedford, a staff member at Forman Elementary had called the police on me and had called Nicholas per the receptionist at Shady Brook Elementary. The receptionist said that the staff member at Forman Elementary School called the police because there was police activity before, despite it having no basis or criminal activity. Nicholas is my rapist and stalker. I am very scared of him. Nicholas had come all the way to Bedford to the elementary school. A staff member of Forman Elementary is trying to get Nicholas in my physical local. Nicholas had posted on facebook that the school might be able to help him give him information about me. He lied about my actions on facebook. I need to have the staff members at Forman Elementary investigated to see if they are aiding Nicholas in harassing me and getting Nicholas into my physical local. This is not normal policy procedure for an elementary school.

I do not have an exact date of the incident. My son Gabriel Dee, 12/7/05, came back from visitation with Nicholas 9/4/1978, Nicholas resides at 3417 Sherrye Dr Plano, Tx, Gabriel made this statement. Gabriel was spanked with a leather belt with a metal buckle, in front of Steven Dee, Camille Dee, Steven Dee, Peggy Dee Haslbauer, Kurt Haslbauer and Nicholas Dee. He was spanked until he had a red strip across his bottom from the belt. Kurt, Peggy and Nicholas all took turns spanking Gabriel with the belt while everyone was watching. They use forms of public embarrassment for the children. They did a round of spanking twice until he had a red mark from the belt across his bottom. There were marks on his bottom from where you could tell it was from that belt. He is not supposed to be punished physically because he is a hemophiliac. Gabriel has a bleeding disorder. They did not take Gabriel to the doctor. When Gabriel would cry or look back, he would get an extra five swats. Gabriel was very scared throughout all this and was in extreme pain. Peggy, Kurt and Nicholas frequently use public humiliation to discipline Gabriel.

I was living in Gardens of Bedford apartment complex. Their address is 1948 Shady Brook Dr, Bedford Texas 76021. Their phone number is 817 358 1883. Their corporate number is 817 346 4416.

Gardens of Bedford gave me an eviction. They cited the reason for the eviction as being for the disturbance. The disturbance being when Nicholas Dee was issued a criminal trespass on 9/30/14-10/1/14. The police came out because Nicholas was trying to kick my door in and screaming at my family. Nicholas resides at 3417 Sherrye Dr Plano, TX 75074. His date of birth is 9/4/78.

Maria told me I needed to come to the office to speak with her. Maria had told me there were numerous reports of residents stating that they were scared for me living there. I asked her to clarify the illegal activity that I was accused of. I asked Maria to investigate all the reports of the residents being scared of me, if they were even residents or if they had spoken to Nicholas or his associates. She said absolutely not, she would not investigate. Rosie, the assistant said that they do not run a circus. Both Maria and Rosie were very rude to me and refused to investigate whether the complaints about me had ties to Nicolas or his associates.

I have called the corporate office numerous times and have left messages, but they do not call me back.

When I came in to collect some money owed to me by Gardens of Bedford, both Maria and Rosie acted very nice to me. This was very different from how they acted to me from the last interaction, during them speaking to me about being evicted. They had asked if my husband had been bothering me. I told them that no, my husband never bothers me, he is in the car waiting for me. Maria said she was worried that my husband was bothering me. I have never referred to Nicholas as my husband. This leads me to believe that Nicholas and his associates came in and was the one fabricating the supposed many complaints against me. This leads me to believe that Nicholas was acting as my husband to harass me. I asked Rosie and Maria if they had spoken to Nicholas and his associates, but they lied and stated no. Why would they refer to Nicholas as my husband if I have never referred to him as such? Please investigate whether Nicholas was pretending to be my husband and if Nicholas and his associates were lying to the apartment complex, impersonating themselves as residents, or coercing residents to bear false witness against me until I had received an eviction.

Roxanne Brown and Nicholas would come to my apartment and drive around in two vehicles full of people. They came on October 1^st and 3^rd and several other times. I would see them between 8 pm and 10 pm. Roxanne Brown came the day that Kelvin Kendrick, my husband, got out of jail (he charges were dropped) and pointed at him while she spoke to her associates in the car. She came with another car following her. Kelvin saw Nicholas in the other car. There were several people going into the dumpsters surrounding my apartment looking through the trash on October 2^nd and 3^rd. Please investigate why Roxanne Brown who resides in Wylie came repeatedly to my apartment complex. Please investigate why Nicholas would come to my apartment complex despite a criminal trespass being filed against him. Please investigate who the other people were in the car with Nicholas and Roxanne. Please investigate why there were people looking through the dumpsters surrounding my apartment. This is very hostile towards the other residents. I felt scared that this was happening. Please investigate why Rosie and Maria had numerous reports of illegal activity and why residents were scared of me. Please investigate why Maria would refer to Nicholas as my husband. I believe these reports are attributed to Nicholas, Roxanne and their associates bearing false witness against me.

Gabriel stated this to me when I got Gabriel back from visitation from Nicholas in September 2014. Nicholas resides at 3417 Sherrye Dr Plano, TX 75074, Peggy and Nicholas told Gabriel to eat a green bean eggroll. Gabriel stated that he did not want to eat and was not hungry. Gabriel was forced to eat the eggroll despite him stating to Nicholas and Peggy that he was not hungry. He threw up part of the eggroll. As punishment, Gabriel was forced to eat his throw up and the remaining part of eggroll in front of Kurt, Peggy, Nicholas, Camille and the patrons of the restaurant. This was a form of public embarrassment and punishment. Kurt, Peggy and Nicholas frequently use public humiliation on Gabriel and Camille. I believe the restaurant was Mr. Wok’s/Jack’s at 2600 14^th St Plano, TX 75074.

Ms. Tramy Tran, the principal of Forman Elementary, had been emailing me regarding an abuse report. She has been speaking to me about Nicholas’s harassment. She stated in an email to me on April 17, 2014 “If any new court orders are entered that affect parental rights regarding your children, please provide a copy to our office as soon as possible.” I believe there is a possibility that there may be false custody orders on file with Forman Elementary School at 3600 Timberline Dr Plano, TX 75074.

On April 11, 2013 there were temporary orders issued appointing Nicholas as primary custodian.

On May 15, 2013 Nicholas had been sanctioned by the court for providing falsified documents about me and the orders were vacated, appointing me as primary custodian again.

On March 31, 2014 a final divorce decree was issued awarding me as primary custodian. Please investigate if Nicholas is submitting to Forman Elementary School false custody orders.

On January 3, 2011, Nicholas had posted on Facebook, "If you see my wife, punch her in the face."

Nicholas Dee posted on Facebook “I have a gun.” On July 2, 2011.

He was severely harassing me and telling me his mental health was failing him. He also posted on Facebook asking people to hurt me # 2015-0000-3412.

On August 21, 2011 Nicholas called me six times in a row. I have a screenshot of six missed calls.

They were at 3:07 pm, 3:24 pm, 3:33 pm, 3:34 pm, 3:34 pm, and 3:35 pm.

Nicholas would bang on my door frequently and scream at me about living in a nigger neighborhood. Shortly afterwards my computer was stolen out of my house and someone had thrown rocks in my window. There are police reports out of Dallas concerning this. I was living at 1359 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX at the time. I was the only person in the neighborhood those days with any adverse action done against them. Please investigate if it was Nicholas or his associates trying to prove a point to me.
