Peggy regularly speaks about Gabriel having a mental condition that he does not have.  Peggy regularly states that Gabriel is autistic.  Peggy states that Gabriel is in need of specialized services and medications.  She feels the need to regularly states this front of Gabriel.  Peggy has a habit of trying to make Gabriel feel like there is something wrong with him.  If Peggy feels that Gabriel has a mental condition she should not state that in front of Gabriel.  Gabriel is a hemophiliac, which requires specialized medications and care.  The family will disregard phone calls from the hematologists when he has an injury.  They do not know anything about the hemophilia or care for it.  Peggy Haslbauer, Kurt Haslbauer physically punish Gabriel.  You cannot punish a hemophiliac physically.  The father Nicholas, does not know his children’s names or date of births, which is very important in caring for the hemophilia.  Nicholas filed for custody, with the courts, misspelling their names and date of births.  I won in court.  He has a son with a very big disorder which you do not know how to care for and you do not know your children’s’ names or date of births.  The father and me are divorced, we are in separate households, Peggy  Haslbauer and Nicholas Dee do not know how to properly follow medication directions.  They cannot follow simple antibiotic medication directions.  I will get the medications back with the wrong dosing as if they were not administered to the children correctly.  They are getting too much or too little and I get the wrong amount of the medication back if they were administered correctly.  Peggy Haslbauer does not understand simple math problems and does not understand simple directions.   I tell them not to put the medication in the refrigerator, she will put the medication in the refrigerator.  Peggy refuses phone calls from the nurse or the doctor to be able to receive proper direction in administering medications.  Nicholas Dee has a mental condition.  There have been reports of him driving drunk and falling asleep while driving.  Nicholas Dee will do something and totally forget what he just did.  Nicholas has been recognized by the state as having a mental condition.  He states that he has PTSD.  Nicholas forgets who people are.  Nicholas regularly calls me by his first wife’s name.  He forgets what he does.  He files for custody for the children and does not know what their names or date of births are.  If there was an emergency that happened, my children would not be able to get the proper care.

Who does the child live with?

They are supposed to living with me, but there are police reports stating the father Nicholas Dee is breaking the custody order.

The household includes Nicholas Dee, Peggy Haslbauer and Kurt Haslbauer.  Nicholas’s date of birth is September 4, 1978. 

Gabriel Dee is reprimanded, scolded and disparaged by Kurt, Peggy and Nicholas considerably more than Camille.  Gabriel has responded by not liking his father Nicholas and he is very scared of Nicholas.  Gabriel was spanked with a leather belt with a metal buckle, in front of Steven (his half brother), Camille, Peggy, Kurt and Nicholas.  He was spanked until he had a red strip on his bottom from the belt.  Kurt, Peggy and Nicholas all took turns spanking Gabriel with the belt while everyone was watching.  They use forms of public embarrassment for the children.  Steven does visitation at the house.  They did a round of spanking twice until he had a red mark from the belt across his bottom.  He is not supposed to be punished physically because he is a hemophiliac.  Gabriel has a bleeding disorder.  They did not take Gabriel to the doctor.  When Gabriel would cry or look back, he would get an extra five swats. Gabriel was very scared throughout all this and was in extreme pain.  When Gabriel gets hurt I will have my hemophiliac doctor call them, and they do not respond to the hemophilia doctor’s calls.  They do not understand his hemophilia, nor do they care for it.  Gabriel gets punished without warning and is spanked or hit across the head or spanked with a belt.  Camille has many warnings for punishment and does not get spanked.  Nicholas when he comes over to pick up the children for visitation he will try and kick in my door.   Nicholas will yell for the children to come outside.  There was a criminal trespass filed against Nicholas on October 1, 2014 in Bedford, Texas.  Nicholas was running up the stairs he was yelling for Gabriel and not Camille.  Nicholas controls Gabriel more because Gabriel is scared of Nicholas.  Nicholas was trying to get into the house and kicking in the door.  Nicholas was yelling for Gabriel to come outside and not Camille.  Nicholas was yelling “Gabriel, you better get your ass out here.  I am going to punish you if you do not come out here.”  Nicholas knows that Gabriel is scared of him.  Nicholas regularly tells Camille and Gabriel that he will punish or spank them when he yells at them to come outside or when he tries to kick in my door.  This is a safety hazard.  I should be the one answering the door, not my children.  Kurt, Peggy and Nicholas made eat a green bean eggroll.  Gabriel stated that he did not want to eat and was not hungry.  He threw up part of the eggroll.  As punishment, Gabriel was forced to eat his throw up and the remaining eggroll in front of Kurt, Peggy, Nicholas and Camille.  This was a form of public embarrassment and punishment.  Nicholas has been stalking me and getting me evicted out of apartments.  Gabriel is told that he is the brains, and Camille is told that she is the brawns, (like she is the strong one.)  Gabriel is told that he is weak and smart and Camille is told that she is strong and stupid.  Gabriel is told that he looks like his mother, (I am Slavic/Polish, my family has dark skin) and Camille is told she looks like Nicholas (light skinned) and is rewarded for this.  Gabriel feels Nicholas, Peggy and Kurt treat him differently because he has darker hair, skin and eyes than Camille.  Camille states that she feels horrible because they treat Gabriel differently because he looks like his mother and has darker colors.  She feels bad because Gabriel gets treated differently because he has dark eyes, skin and hair.  She feels she should not be treated differently because she has blue eyes and blonde hair.  Gabriel and Camille are told by Nicholas, Peggy and Kurt that they are not Polish.  I am Polish.  They disparage their Polish heritage.  They are told that the Polish are weak, stupid and that the Polish deserved the Holocaust.  Camille and Gabriel state that Peggy, Kurt and Nicholas do not like anyone that does not look like them.  They are very racist.  They are all about the white power.  The Polish are not considered Caucasian.  The Polish are not considered part of the white power.  Camille states that she gets punished for stating that she loves her mother.  She is scared to state that she loves her mother at their grandmother’s house.  Both Gabriel and Camille are punished for stating they love their mother.  Gabriel and Camille do not have any friends or peers that they play with.  The only interaction they have is when Nicholas has a girlfriend, they get to play with Nicholas’s girlfriend’s children or their cousins.  Nicholas has regular girlfriends.  They do not regularly go outside.  Gabriel will state that he will stay inside for days and days and days and not leave the house.  The family’s lifestyle is centered around the television.  They do not go outside.  They do not have friends.  Gabriel and Camille watch many adult rated media.  They watch zombie movies and movies with sex scenes.  This is very strange to me, I do not even own a television.  They watch television all day and do not go outside.  They watch the Walking Dead, which is not appropriate for a seven year old to watch.  It has sex scenes in it and there is gore.  Some adults do not like watching it, but my children watch it at their house.  They watch adult rated media regularly.  They watch R rated movies, which would include a pornography scene.  They would speak about adult things, they are not supposed to be knowing about R rated media.  Gabriel and Camille are only allowed to go outside in the backyard.  They do not like playing in the backyard.  There are sharp garden tools left strewn about and the yard is covered in dog feces.  Gabriel states fights men will fight men in front of men.  Nicholas has a mental disorder and will regularly fight people while Gabriel and Camille stay in the car.  Gabriel and Camille will watch Nicholas fight people.  Gabriel and Camille are very scared.  This happens frequently.  Nicholas has a sleeping disorder that he states he had to have surgery for and he falls asleep while driving.  He has attempted murder charges.  He has been recognized by the state as having a mental condition.  He is on psychiatric medication, he falls asleep while driving.  There are reports of him driving while intoxicated in Plano.  There is one report, when Nicholas’s truck got stolen where was driving while intoxicated.  Nicholas told the officer that he was driving drunk home from work.  He was not arrested for it.  He drives  while drunk and stoned while the children are in the car.  The police do not anything about it.  Nicholas states that he has PTSD.  Nicholas has issues controlling his anger.  Gabriel and Camille get yelled at frequently and are at the receiving end of his uncontrolled outburst.  Nicholas negatively about women in front of Gabriel and Camille.  He speaks about women as if they are sex objects.  This makes Gabriel feel women are bad, and this makes Camille feel bad.  Kurt, Nicholas, Peggy regularly state that they hope that Camille marries well because she is stupid and they make her feel incompetent.  “I hope you marry well, because you are so stupid.”  Gabriel has trouble admitting that he likes things, because he gets scolded or reprimanded unreasonably.  He will not tell me what he likes when he goes shopping.  He wants me to make all the decisions.  He gets yelled at for stating he likes things.  He gets scolded and reprimanded frequently and unreasonably by Kurt, Peggy and Nicholas.  They glorify abortion.  Peggy states that she has had a couple of abortions that she is proud about.  Peggy states that there is something wrong with the mother because she is Catholic and does not believe in abortion.  She states that Gabriel and Camille should have been aborted.  Nicholas will regularly play jokes on Gabriel and Camille.  He will break the custody order.  He will state to the children that he is driving to my house, but then say “Hahah, just kidding.”  He does this frequently.  When Nicholas raises his hand, Gabriel and Camille will cower because they are scared that Nicholas strike them.  Gabriel and Camille expect to be hit.  Nicholas and Peggy will slander the mother in front of their caretakers.  They have harassed Carl Gainer, Maureen Plumb and Jamie Gosnell.  These were Gabriel and Camille babysitters.  I would have to get new babysitters.  This causes a lot of problems for me, when Nicholas and Peggy harass Gabriel and Camille’s friends’ parents and caretakers, I have to find new babysitters.  They lose those friends and caretakers.  Nicholas and Peggy will harass people out of caring for Gabriel and Camille.  Instead of calling social services they slander the mother’s name.  Nicholas had a girlfriend named Madeline.  Gabriel and Camille will regularly stay at their house.  Madeline’s children were treated better than Camille and Gabriel.  Madeline would yell at Gabriel for being first on the Playstation, eating first.  Gabriel was punished for being first.  Gabriel was scared of Madeline, because Madeline would unreasonably punish Gabriel.  Gabriel was punished for asking to go to his mother’s house  by Nicholas.  Gabriel and Camille get physical punishment for asking to go to his mother’s house.  Gabriel is spanked for not eating all of his food.  Gabriel, as form of public punishment, was fed like a baby for three days.  This was in October.  If he did not eat like a baby, he would go to bed hungry.  Camille gets spanked by Peggy for throwing up.  Gabriel does not have clear guidelines on his expectations.  He gets spanked for things that he has gotten permission for.  He got permission from Peggy for going on the treadmill.  Nicholas spanked Gabriel for going on the treadmill.  Gabriel is spanked for not eating all of his food.  Gabriel and Camille get spanked for stating they want to live with their mother.  Gabriel is forced to ride a bike without a helmet.  Gabriel is a hemophiliac; this is very bad for him.  Gabriel fell down on his bike without a helmet, received an injury to the head and nobody treated him.  You are supposed to go to the hospital when you are hemophiliac when you receive an injury to the head.  He also sprained his ankle, and did not receive any medical attention for it.  Roxanne Brown and Nicholas Dee came to my apartment complex and harassed me until I got an eviction.  It took me eight days to get an apartment that was scheduled for a same day move in.  I believe this was because of the harassment.  The regular harassment is affecting the children.  When I was living in their house, Peggy would yell at me in front of the children for not having sex.  Nicholas would yell at me for not having sex with him in front of the children.  Nicholas has his associates go in front of my apartment door and state that there are people out to hurt me.  This makes me very scared.  Nicholas regularly has people following and stalking me.  People will circle around me when I am driving.  They will tailgate me and have cars surround me.  This makes me feel very unsafe.  I ask for help in driving and people will circle or follow us and it makes it hard for people that are driving me to drive as well.  This is very unsafe.
